Our project consultants will discuss your ideas with you and what the options are. Let us know what your needs are and we will design a solution.


Once we have a good idea of what the solution is, we will book in a time for an on-site consultation.

Our project consultants will meet you on-site to discuss the project. We will assess the site and take measurements. 


We also discuss project feasibility, materials, colours and other technical aspects of the build like storm water connections, easements, set backs and other important considerations.

Using our industry standard software, we will design a structure that meets your requirements, based on the information gathered on-site. 


Costs will be calculated and the quote will be presented to you.

We will then submit our plans to a private surveyor who will conduct a preliminary assessment. 


The surveyor will advise on possible issues with regards to siting, easements, town planning guidelines etc. 


The building permit will then be issued once all items are actioned.

Once the building permit is issued, a building contract is drawn up. This will outline job specifics, progress payments, and other legalities.

Once the contract is signed and deposit payment received, we can then order materials and begin the build process.


Our project coordinator will advise on project timelines.


Once the build is complete, final inspection is conducted by the building surveyor and is signed off.
